During its plenary session of April 26th, 2007, the Chamber of Deputies has unanimously (except for some abstentions) adopted a resolution for consolidation by the Federal Agency for Nuclear Control ("FANC") of the authorized inspection organizations ("AIO"), concerning "the execution of the legal inspections that today are assigned to the Authorized Inspection Organizations".

After six years of negotiations and uncertainty, this as good as unanimous vote has proved the consolidation of the AIO by the FANC to be an ineluctable process.

On September 7th, 2007, the FANC has thus created its subsidiary, the "BEL V"Foundation, and on April 11th, 2008, AVN and BEL V have signed an agreement for the transfer of the regulatory activities of AVN to BEL V, as from 14/04/2008.

As far as the execution of the controls is concerned, there will be no break of continuity and no qualitative changes.
